Put-in-Bay Boater's Survey

The Village of Put-in-Bay and the Put-in-Bay Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau are collecting information from boaters who have experienced a stop and/or inspection during their journey to the island this summer.
  The survey will allow us to collect information to be shared with an area Task Force currently developing ideas on how to better serve the boating public and make their boating experiences on Lake Erie and its Western Basin ports more enjoyable.
  At the end of the survey you will be asked for your name, address and email. You need not share this personal information. It will be extremely helpful, however, to know where you are from and what your port of departure was. There is also a section for you to leave comments at the end of the survey.
  We sincerely appreciate your help in collecting this data. It will help us better understand the issues surrounding our boating visitors.
